Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

At Crystalstile, we take pride in offering made-to-order items. Each piece in our collection undergoes a unique crafting process. The estimated processing time for each product is provided on its respective product page. To determine when you can expect to receive your order, simply add the processing time to the shipping time.

Processing Time

The processing time varies depending on the product. While some popular styles can be prepared for shipment within 24 hours, items requiring engraving or customization may take 12-20 working days. You can find the estimated processing time listed on the product page.

Shipping to USA

For expedited delivery, you have the option to choose from our Express Shipping services.

Please note: For U.S. orders exceeding $300, a signature upon delivery is required, irrespective of any previous signature waivers on file with the carrier.

  • Express Shipping does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) are exclusively fulfilled via Standard Shipping.

The shipping times provided are estimations by our courier partners. Crystalstile cannot be held liable for delays post-dispatch. While delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors, rest assured, we strive to minimize any inconvenience to our customers.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.

*Please note: Similar to domestic shipments, Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Shipments to such addresses are fulfilled exclusively via Standard Shipping.
